At Way From Within Creative Design Agency we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, creative services in photography, graphic design and videography, and web design. Our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations with every project we undertake. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you might be dissatisfied with our delivered services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we may offer a refund.

Refund Eligibility:
1. Non-Delivery of Service:
- A refund may be claimed in case of non-delivery of the agreed-upon service. Non-delivery means not receiving the final service outputs by the agreed-upon delivery date due to failure on our part.
- In such cases, we require a formal notification via email within 5 business days from the delivery due date.
2. Service Not as Described:
- If the delivered services differ significantly from the service description or the initial agreed-upon concept as per the proposal, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will evaluate the case and strive to resolve the discrepancy. If the resolution is not possible, a partial or full refund may be provided.
- Requests in this category must be filed within 7 days after the delivery of the service.
3. Cancellation and Refunds Prior to Service Completion:
- If cancellation occurs after the project has started but before the halfway point of the projected timeline, a 50% refund of the total fee will be available.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the halfway point of the project timeline.
Refund Process:

- We will review your request and attempt to resolve the issue. If a refund is determined to be the best resolution, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the refund approval.
Limitation on Refunds:
- Refunds are limited to the fees paid for the service(s) and do not include any other costs such as incurred expenses, third-party services, and any potential loss or damages.
Revisions and Non-refundable Services:
- We offer revisions to our deliverables according to the terms specified in our service agreement. Costs incurred from additional revisions beyond the scope of the agreement are not refundable.
